Dear visitors of our Internet home page! Since the inauguration of our info page in March 2000, it was our main goal, while being neutral and abstaining from any opinion, to list and offer as many information and services about the Philippines, as possible. Many of our listed sources of information lead to other, independent local and international Internet sites, where it is simply impossible for us to take over any responsibility or liability for their respective content! We received quite some e-mails hereto, which suggested or even criticized that some of these (independent) home pages (where we do not have any influence) occasionally present themselves in an incorrect and artificially nice limelight! Well, we would like to answer in a humorous way: "..A former local actor, who is now "hoaxing" around on the highest political stage, will always be tempted to pose in bright limelight, even in his own home page!" But seriously. Lots of things have happened since our first edition, many constructive and encouraging mails reached us and finally we decided to be more than 'just' another dry info page on the worldwide web! Consequently we have unanimously decided, even if that should trigger some criticism, to express our opinion, to be topical and if necessary also sharp and sarcastic.
